Drive Way Sweeping (216/218)
Note: Please have your vehicle removed during this time to prevent damage from dust/debris and to allow a full sweep. I would also recommend closing all windows to prevent dust from coming into your unit. Check your email for official notice from the Condo.

Gentle Reminders
- With the siding project in 216 comes extra noise and workers. Keep an eye out for anything dangerous such as wood you could trip over.
- Post-winter clean-up should happen soon but please pick up after yourself to help out and keep our grounds clean.
- Nicer weather can sometimes bring on faster driving. There has been some dangerous driving observed but typically it is people passing through and not from residents. Keep an eye out and stay safe.
- Welcome better weather! Heat Reminder - with the better weather, don't forget to check your thermostats.
Things to do
Spring time brings lots of fun things to do in the area! A few ideas are:
- Mini-putt at Putting Edge, near Costco
- Starting in May, outdoor Mini-putt at Mini Golf Gardens
- Near end of April, Tulip Festival
Or, simply enjoy a walk along the trails in our backyard!
